Duties/ Job Description:
- Prepare proposals for strategic planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, search, and display advertising.
- Develop comprehensive campaign briefs outlining objectives, target audience, messaging, and KPIs.
- Coordinate with creative and content teams to ensure timely delivery of assets and content aligned with campaign objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and analyse data to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimisation.
- Use analytics platforms to generate actionable reports and recommendations for clients, demonstrating the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives.
- Implement A/B testing and other optimisation strategies to continuously improve campaign performance and ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
- Attend industry events, webinars, and conferences to network with peers and gain insights into the latest trends and innovations.
- Share knowledge and insights with internal teams and clients to drive innovation and thought leadership.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding digital marketing strategies, industry trends, and best practices.
- Conduct client training sessions and workshops to educate stakeholders on new tools, technologies, and methodologies.
Requirements:
- Students currently studying or fresh graduates with bachelor’s Degrees in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields. A focus on digital marketing coursework is a plus.
2. Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, content, and digital advertising.
3. Familiarity with popular digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
4. Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to derive actionable insights from marketing metrics and performance data.
5. Experience with Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.
6. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
7. Strong presentation skills, including the ability to concise and engaging presentations.
8. Ability to understand client needs, anticipate challenges, and proactively offer solutions and recommendations.
9. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
10. Continuous learning mindset committed to staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
