We are looking for dynamic and target-driven Sales Executives to join our team in the Flavours and Fragrances Industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and closing deals to meet sales targets.

Duties/ Job Description:
- Searching for potential customers, organising sales visits, presentations, and preparing proposals for the corporate market
- Analyse and provide solutions for each customer’s needs and constraints
- Analyse the quality of service standards according to company regulations and maintain Customer Engagement
- Analyse and update about patterns and development of the Flavour and Fragrance industry, market, and competitor
- Organising and analysing sales reports regularly.
Requirements:
1. Students with a business degree, MBA, International Business or Marketing (if you intend to apply for an internship), or Business Degree holders.
2. Experience in sales positions (Sales/Account Executive/Account Manager) is a plus.
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills in Indonesian & English, speaking and writing
4. High motivated person, eager to achieve and learn, and good personality
5. Strong presentation skills, including the ability to concise and engaging presentations.
6. Ability to understand client needs, anticipate challenges, and proactively offer solutions and recommendations.
7. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
8. Continuous learning mindset committed to staying updated on industry trends and best practices
